Appointments

If you no longer need your appointment please cancel it so it can be made available to other patients in need. On average 15 appointments per week are wasted because of non-attendance.

Urgent Appointments

If you need an urgent same day we can arrange for our Duty Doctor to call you to discuss your concerns. The Duty Doctor will then arrange an appropriate appointment for you.

General Information about our Appointments System

To make an appointment please visit our consulting room.

You can make appointments in a number of ways:

  • Telephone – 0208 640 4445
  • Online
  • Using the MyGP app
  • Only pre bookable appointments can be made at reception

If you are not registered for our Online Services then you can fill out our online form to sign up.

Patients may book to see any doctor at the practice; however, if possible, we encourage patients to try to see the same doctor for continuity of care. When making your appointment, please specify your preferred doctor and we will try to accommodate your request.

Telephone Advice

Sometimes you may wish to have a brief advice on your health problem or on medications. Please ask the receptionist for a telephone consultation appointment. It is helpful to let the receptionist know what is your concern (if appropriate) so that we have the necessary records available.
