Telephone Advice

Telephone advice may include queries about a prescription, a test result, a hospital appointment, a referral, a form that needs to be completed or advice about a minor ailment.

This will save you time, and avoid booking a face to face appointment with the GP.

If you wish to speak to a doctor, telephone 020 8640 4445 and tell the receptionist.

The doctors are happy to speak to you providing they are not in a consultation with another patient.

The best time to ring for non-urgent advice or information is between 09:30-10:30, however the lines are open from 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday when an emergency doctor is always available for urgent matters.

You should be prepared to call back if necessary or to expect a call back in some instances. You will be advised of a time frame when this is the case.
