Telephone Advice

Telephone Advice may include queries about a prescription, a test result, a hospital appointment, a referral, a form that needs to be completed or advice about a minor ailment.

This will save you time, and avoid booking a face to face appointment with the GP.

If you wish to speak to a Doctor, telephone 020 8640 4445 and tell the receptionist. The Doctors are happy to speak to you providing they are not in a consultation with another patient.

The best time to ring for non-urgent advice or information is between 9.30am – 10.30am, however the lines are open from 8.00am till 6.30pm Monday to Friday when an emergency doctor is always available for urgent matters.

You should be prepared to call back if necessary or to expect a call back in some instances. You will be advised of a time frame when this is the case.
